[2.0.66] Unidentified modded desync

Desyncs in modded game will be ignored most of the time, until it is clearly proven that the desync is not caused by scripting.

I know this is a shot in the dark, but I've got a persistent desync issue that keeps happening at random on a multiplayer server, and because of the amount of players and mods we have there's just no way I'm able to get any clue as to what might be causing it. We can go hours without it happening, and then something will get into a state where it starts desyncing repeatedly, but restarting always fixes it. The save isn't playable on heavy mode, and we have way too many mods for a shotgun approach to work. Hoping a Wube dev or someone else with the right knowledge can take the time to look at the report and figure out what parameter in particular is desyncing, which might give me enough insight to be able to investigate the root cause if it's somewhere in a mod. Big ask, I know. I'm sure you guys have plenty of work to do, but if you took a look at this for me it would be immensely appreciated. :D
