[2.0.66] vegetation on gleba blocks ghosts but is not marked for decon
it should mark the rocks / vegetation that blocks the entities from being built for deconstruction
tro me it looks like it is caused by the rocks being located at a tile below, but with a hitbox that blocks the ghosts.
