Paid for game - no email - can't play

Paid for game - no email - can't play

I purchased the game directly from the Factorio website to support the developers. The payment went through, but I never received a confirmation email or a download link. I can access the serial key page, but it’s useless without the download links or any proof of purchase beyond this.

I am really frustrated with this, the email I used is my daily email and is 100% correct- I have tried everything including contacting support.

When you log in on https://www.factorio.com/profile, is the email listed the one you expect?
