Steps to reproduce:
1. Equip Spidertron with equipment (Did on Fulgora).
2. Manually place and launch Spidertron to ship in orbit (Equipment still in equipment slots).
3. Send ship to another planet, and manually put Spidertron into deploy slots (so that it goes to planet upon arrival).
4. Open cargo landing pad on planet and see that Spidertron still has equipment in equipment slots on hover.
5. Use the Pipette tool on the Spidertron so that a bot takes it out of the cargo landing pad and places the Spidertron in the world.
6. Spidertron no longer has any equipment, and is not in the cargo landing pad or anywhere to be seen.
Spidertron loses equipment when placed by bot from cargo landing pad.

Welcome on forums. This is a duplicate of 118257.
To be more precise why this is not a bug, by pipetting an item and placing ghost you are asking for a plain spidertron to be placed so all equipment of selected item gets removed after placement and moved to storage chests. Since spider ghosts are not tied to specific items, if you would have 3 differently configured spider items in the network it would be completly random which one gets built if equipment was kept from item that network selected for building a spidertron.

Oh. You are 100% correct. I was confused because I can manually take the Spidertron out and it keeps all the equipment, but if a bot takes it out it loses all the equipment (goes into the logistics network and I wasn't paying attention).
I hooked up a lamp that turns green when the Belt Immunity Equipment shows up in the logistics network (Since it's the only one of this item): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcGMAk-P0Qs
