Long technology-order names cause the UI to bug out

If the name for the technology-order field (with the show-debug-info-in-tooltips debug option on) ends up being longer than the default provided space the UI pushes the string itself to a new line (although pushed right instead of left) but the lines denoting the sections in the technology view continue outside the box as if it extended to fit the order string (the overextent length is proportional to the space required to fit the entire text). Happens in the tech list, on the tech tree itself and in the Factoriopedia.
