Hello there is a bug on the 4k mode for nintendo switch 2 since launch, I am finally reporting cuz it causes a headache. When you are connected to a 4k tv, when belts move it flickers. When on handheld I dont notice the issue at all.
This is handheld
This is docked
looks like its hard to tell because of the bitrate but in person it is very noticeable when docked.

Re: [2.0.73][switch2] Flicker in 4k
I don't really see the issue. There is some flicker every half a second but that's from the video compression.
But I could guess that the combination of fast belts zig-zagging, lower FPS and possibly the TV image processor could create a strange effect. But this is not a bug, just a side effect.
I'm working on possibly adding an option to display the game on 1080p in TV Mode, which should help with your issue, but that's some time in the future.

For what it's worth, after connecting switch 1 with factorio to a 4k TV, I had to select one of the advanced video interpolations in the TV options before being able to ride the train zoomed in. Otherwise it would flicker quite bad. Luckily there were a few options which worked well. Try delving into your TV settings.
