Planning issues between Factorio servers and work

Post by Merrit »

Hi, I'm having a bit of trouble with my calendars at the moment, it's a mess. Between the sessions on my Factorio server synced to my Google, my Outlook for clients, and iCloud for personal use, I can't keep track anymore. I'm looking for a way to link everything together neatly. The goal is that if I block something on one calendar, it will immediately appear as “busy” on the others, but without everyone seeing my personal appointments or gaming schedule. It has to remain discreet. What do you use to sync Outlook/Google/Apple without having to copy everything by hand every morning? Something automatic that runs in the background.

I don't think there's a solution to use multiple proprietary calendars from the major data mining companies and keep them in sync. It's not in their best (financial) interests to let you do so.

Personally, I just use a single CalDav calendar, and it's great. I use categories to sort my work and personal stuff.
