Quality Priority Logic for Personal Logistics (Best-to-Worst / Worst-to-Best)

Subject: Quality Priority Logic for Personal Logistics (Best-to-Worst / Worst-to-Best)

The Problem:
Currently, personal logistics requests for "Any quality" don't allow players to prioritize higher-tier items. If I want 50 Assemblers, I usually want the best ones available in the network first, without having to set up 5 separate request slots for each quality level.

The Suggestion:
Expand the quality selection dropdown in the Logistics and Trash tabs by adding two "Smart Any" modes:
Any (Best to Worst): Fills the request starting from Legendary down to Normal.
Any (Worst to Best): Fills the request starting from Normal up to Legendary.

How it should work:
The logistics system should calculate the total sum of the item across all quality tiers in the player's inventory. If the sum is less than the requested amount, bots bring items based on the chosen priority until the total count is met.

Example:
Request: 50 items (Priority: Best to Worst)
Storage contains: 5 Legendary, 10 Epic, 1000 Normal.
Result: Bots deliver 5 Legendary, 10 Epic, and 35 Normal items.

Why this is useful:
It simplifies inventory management in the late game (Space Age). Instead of micromanaging 5 different quality sliders for every item, players can simply say: "I need 50 of these, give me the best ones we have."
