Gleba experience improved via veins

On gleba there is not real reason to expand and well, exactly due to spoilage you really don't want to expand

If however there where randomly 1 vein (pumpjack resource) here and there? Not just that, once you placed a pumpjack, if you remove it (or more specifically if the enemies destroy the pumpjack) now that vein is destroyed as well = no superficial protection.

We all know how Aquilo work, on the same ideea as heat, what if this vein is the "heat", as in the fluid, needed for the Agricultural tower? since it does have an unused pipe spot.

Like this we need to expand on gleba, and depending on random map generator we can have cases where we decide to keep things local (vein and land), or have mutiple trains bring the fluid from different place to other place that has many fiels and of cource, the reverse. Ideea is that it will mix up the basic "well build from the center and that's that"
