Does this game support Multiplayer Co-Op?

Hello everyone,

I can't find any info about it anywhere, maybe I'm just blind but I might as well leave a topic here. I was looking at Steam's top selling games and I stumbled upon Factorio. I watched some let's plays on YouTube and different tutorials and I already know that if I might buy it, I'll be addicted from the start. However, I wonder if it's possible to have an own private multiplayer server for me and one or two friends where we can have our own Factorio world together. So.. is this possible? Thanks in advance

Yes, there is a port 34197. And up to now, no password. You have to tell your friends the external IP. But the devs are working on this.

If you are on the same LAN/WLAN, you don't have to port forward.
