[0.9.0] minor graphic bug

The new energy shield graphic lacks the light blue background colour when dragging, and the darker blue colour when equipped.

Hello, we know about this, we had to put there something temporary because we found out that the shield we used was actually from other game, we plan to redo the icons for equipment so this will get fixed in the process.

Good decision to change them, as I wrote this is really a minor thing way down in the to-do-list.
