Trying to make a dual-locomotive train. When I place the second locomotive on the bend, it disappears from the inventory, but does not appear in the world. Although, if I mouseover the place it should occupy, the brackets are there and I can without a problem retrieve it.
[0.9.0] Train disappearing on placement
Re: [0.9.0] Train disappearing on placement
Oh forgot about that one, i had it a few times as well, but i believe that was in 0.8.8, haven't played with trains in 0.9.0 yet.
Re: [0.9.0] Train disappearing on placement
Hi I tried to reproduce it using your savegame without success, you can reproduce it?
Re: [0.9.0] Train disappearing on placement
Took me quite a few time to do this, but yes, I can! Attaching screenshots with the whole "disappearing train", the trick is to place it just a teeeeny bit closer than the max connection length. Can't believe I stumbled across it, and twice in a row for the fact. Also, Factorio could use a button for making screenshots, hint-hint

It really takes a bit of time to manage, but it is there.

Hello, thank you for the info.
I believe I fixed it now, I also fixed, that the automatic connection to neighbour when building was not working correctly (You could build it too near when you wanted to).
So now, when you drag-build wagons, it should build them correctly.
