(0.13.11) Landfill ghost placement not working

hi

i hope this is the place to report in bugs and features. anyway i was playing 0.13.10 where i noticed this issue where u cannot place landfill Ghost markings over water areas and neither in 0.13.11. i'm a lazy builder once i get my drones to work

oh.. i tried to look for this post before i posted mine. but thanks.. is there however a reason for this to be removed? its kinda helpful to have the drones do the landfill for me
