Is there a event for when construction drones place buildings? I didn't see any info on the wiki relating to drones placing buildings.

No there is no event for it and "onbuildentity" -event works only on player build.

I was expecting there wasn't a event for it currently. Hopefully it can be added in a update.

You'll probably have to ask in the interface requests forum (both more official and I'm not sure how often the devs check "modding help"), though it certainly does make sense for one to exist! (or for the current one to be updated to include it and a field specifying what type of entity built it)
