Download links expire too quickly

I was just trying to download Factorio and was getting a pause followed by an error page. After some head-scratching, I determined that the client machine in question has broken IPv6 connectivity. It was trying to connect to the download servers over IPv6, failing, then eventually switching to IPv4. By the time the download server saw the IPv4 request, the signed URLs had expired and it returned 410 Gone.

Download links are set to expire 10 seconds after they're generated. In my case, I needed 21 seconds. Could you bump up the expiration times slightly while I fix my IPv6?
