[0.15.3] Placing blueprints in unrevealed terrain

These are several possible bugs:
  • It's possible to place blueprints in either partially or totally unrevealed areas via the map.
    images
  • When placing blueprints in unrevealed areas the inserter info arrows and underground belt direction still show.

Hello, I don't think that it is a big issue really, I'm moving it to won't fix.
