[0.16.5] Crash to desktop during deconstruct

I've seen other posts regarding crashes during deconstruction, here's another save and screenshot. The crash is reproducible by loading the save and immediately attempting to deconstruct the area shown in the screenshot. The only mod activated on this save is FARL.

I think this is viewtopic.php?t=55176 which is fixed for 0.16.6
