[.16.26] Inventory Disappears After Death

[.16.26] Inventory Disappears After Death

This just started happening to me, and I'm not sure what's going on. When I die, the items from my inventory don't show up on my corpse, except for one item. It's a multiplayer map that I host with around 200 hrs on it. Would this be recorded in the log? I can make a video of it happening, if that helps.
