No ghost after item is destroyed?

I don't see any purple bar after the item is destroyed, is that intended? I could not find any information on it anywhere. Does this mean construction robots will not rebuild destroyed stuff?

I don't understand why there wouldn't be a purple bar under destroyed entities ghosts... they're there for me, that's not something I change, it's a base game mechanic.

The purple bar is the countdown until the ghost vanishes.
Maybe a mod which sets unlimited timeout?

The ghost image after an item is destroyed (purple bar) comes with roboport / construction bot tech (where the blueprints used to be).
