[0.16.36]Crash when closing while loading in benchmark mode

When I launch the game with the benchmark command line argument, for example using a bat file with these contents

factorio.exe --benchmark PerformanceBelt.zip --benchmark-ticks 10000 >> test.txt

and then close it during sprite loading, the game will crash. Log attached, can upload dump if needed.
