[0.10.12] Output tooltip does not update

Pretty OCD, but the output tooltip for the chemical plant and the assembling machine does not update. Only when I re-place my mouse on the tooltip does it update the results.




I have only tested on the assembling machine and the chemical plant but it feels like a class of its own so it is most likely the same for all tooltips.

Also it looks like it that if you have a deficit in the first required material it doesn't register that you already have the correct amount in your inventory for the rest even though clearly in this picture the rest of the materials are more than required in raw materials.

First the tooltip only counts items in the machine and second they know that. If the tooltip would update I could be that it flickers and then you can't read it.
