Cant play in Multiplayer

Anytime i try to host a game, everyone who tries to join just instantly loses connection. It just says "Downloading map" and then "Server not responding"
Same happens if i try to play on a server, dedicated or not. LAN games aswell, dont know why...
I couldnt find any solution online, only fixes for mod problems or slow downloads (which is not the case for me, its vanilla and doesnt load at all)

Hopefully someone can help (made this account just for it...)

Post a log with the issue reported, you never served a map in this one. Generally you can limit the maximum download speed to prevent disconnects when serving the map.

I did limit the speed, but the Bar stil didnt fill.
Btw: thats the Log of the last time i played, and that was when i and a friend tried to play together. I opened Multiplayer, made a map (tried already making in singleplayer and opening in mp aswell) and startet MP, Public with pw, upload limit 200 kbit/s. Once i started it sayed "reconnected to server", my friend tried to join but there was just the "*user* is downloading the map" thing and it didnt fill up. he lost the connection shortly after.
Same happens (just the other way around) when i try to join other servers!

"Factorio keeps log files in the user data directory, next to the saves and mods directories. It is a .log file that can be opened with any text editor.

The file you need most of the time is factorio-current.log. Backup copy of the log file from previous run is in factorio-previous.log"

So, nobody/nothing can help me? Thx for nothing... I hope some fans make a Multiplayer Mod so it works because it seems like the devs are too stupid for it

Insulting people may not be the very best way to get them help you.
Also thousands of people play multiplayer regularly, while you cant. Obviously, that means that MP doesn't work at all, not that you have a problem on your computer (yes, there might be not so subtle trace of sarcasm in here).

So? Then what is the problem? I posted the logs, i tried everything i could find online. I can play anything else, nowhere does something not work. I cant even join public servers with their own domain, but ONLY in Factorio.
For example, some guys i wanted to play with own a Domain, they have a Minecraft server on it (works), a Ts3 (works), a Terraria server (works!) and a Factorio server, which DOESN'T work!
Tell me why, go, the other mod one post earlier didnt want to help for no reason. You neither, just written bullshit which helps nobody.
