Game is not in my steam library

Game is not in my steam library

So basically, I bought this game 1-2 years ago. It has always been in my steam library. I have been downloading and deleting games for a while and I always went past the game, so i thought I would install it. But guess what .. yeah .. it's not there. I honestly have no idea what happend or how to get in contact with the developers / support, I really want some help with this.

Make sure you actually bought it on steam and not somewhere else.
support@factorio.com include the receipt email.
