Hey, this is off the latest stable .17.69 branch. I was adding a substation to my mess of spaghetti and when I got through deleting all of the redundant power line infrastructure, I discovered wireless energy transmission had been unlocked. :D

Nvm, I just realized it's the solar panels filling in. I don't use solar very often so I wasn't thinking about it.
