[0.18.3] Blueprint blocked by cliff, but won't mark cliff for destruction

[0.18.3] Blueprint blocked by cliff, but won't mark cliff for destruction

I was laying a blue print down and one bot couldn't lay it's track down because a cliff was in the way, but shift-clicking the blueprint wouldn't mark the cliff for destruction. Screenshot attached.
