[1.0] Worker bots taking repair kits from roboport to fill requests

Problem:

I built a roboport, added a requester chest to request repair kits with an inserter to add the newly acquired repair kits to the new roboport (and keep it stocked since this was my wall repair roboport).

Once the first few orders of repair kits arrived, the local worker bots started taking the repair kits from the roboport to satisfy the request chest, resulting in a never ending stream of workers popping out of the roboport, dropping off the repair kit in the request chest, then the request chest inserts the repair kit back in to the roboport... rinse and repeat.

Also confirmed that the workers will use roboport repair kits to satisfy requests for unattached request chests and for character logistic requests.

I do not recall this behavior prior to 1.0 (although I did not play 0.18 (I wanted to enjoy 1.0 "fresh" so avoided 0.18)).


Expected Behavior:

Repair kits in a roboport should not be normal bits of the logistic network and are not available to satisfy normal requests.

Repair kits will stay in the roboport to be used by the construction bots to repair damage.


Duplication Instructions:

Place roboport.

Place requester chest next to roboport with inserter to feed the roboport.

Set requester chest to request repair kits.

Well of _course_ this is already an issue... no matter what I search for I never find earlier issues until after I submit forum posts :-/
