[1.0.0] Ghost item rotation is counter-clockwise

Steps to reproduce:
Click on a belt item from inventory to equip onto cursor.
Hold shift to active ghost placement mode.
Press R to rotate ghost belt.
Notice the direction rotates counter-clockwise.
Release shift to return to normal placement mode.
Press R to rotate normal belt.
Notice the direction rotates clockwise.

This bug is present with most directional entities.
I suggest both ghost and normal placement modes should have the same rotation direction: clockwise.

Shift + R is shortcut for counter-clockwise rotation. If you don't like this behavior, please rebind or unbind shortcut for counter-clockwise rotation in control settings.
