looking for cold Scenarios map.

i have so plans for a map but looking i can not find/work out how to do what i wont, can you help plz.
i no it gos in a file "control.lua"
1) like to add a new item at 0.0,0.0 size 5x5 this use/Burns Solid fuel and get a lot of power out and a lot of pollution

2) some timers that at a set time Spawner Biter and Spitter at a spot and send them at item 1
2b) i wold like size of the grops to be bast on "evolutionfactor"
2c) i wold like some to be one ofs and some to repeat + ramdem

3) a player timeer to win (5h) and Biters win if the item 1 is lost

4) wen the player dus a Research item to add a bit to the evolutionfactor (0.0002)
