In the beginning we will use separate shadows just for some entities. Drawing extra shadow for every entity on screen is also some performance penalty. For what it's worth, i'd prefer fuzzy, less accurate shadows if it meant they'd actually follow the light cycle correctly.

As long as the shadows would stay confined to one axis, it could work quite well indeed. It would also make for a nice game mechanic as it would be easy to judge the time of day from shadows.

Login on main site, download new version of the game and reinstall. Always works when auto-update have problems
