[0.18.9] Crash during initialisation

Hi! Haven't played in a few weeks, just went to load up Factorio and I'm getting a crash. Attaching the log file.

Not sure how to disable mods without initialising the game or I'd disable all mods and turn them back on one-by-one in an attempt to isolate the problem.

Disabled all mods via mod-list.json and still crashed but with a different message:

Both are out-of-memory errors, are you running any RAM-intensive programs in the background?

I've got tons of free RAM, per Task Manager, but I'm reading this thread (thank you for the link!) and I think I follow why it could be hitting OOM errors anyway.
